So I've just got a new account and debit card, and it's one that I can personalise by having an image on!! I am stupidly excited. I don't know what to put on there now!
What image would you put on your bank card? Bear in mind it will be seen by the bank, cashiers in shops etc so has to be SFW!

Apparently I wasn't allowed pictures of celebrities so I couldn't have Benedict Cumberbatch as Sherlock :(
In the end I went for a picture of my old dog Archie hiding in the bushes! He was put to sleep at christmas but I smile every time I see the picture :)

I'd probably put a picture of my dog on there. I've not took any of her for ages and I should definitely given her age... (Don't know how I'll cope when she does, 1 things for certain, I won't be able to do it myself which may stress her out as she only likes me jabbing her and gets all upset if it's someone else... They'll maybe be ways around it. Depressing or what!)
I have to pay 10 euro to get mine personalised, so I wouldn't bother. But I would get my cat if I was. Btw, what if I swore the celebrity was actually my "husband"? Lol and then they checked and saw I'm not married, oops.

Someone on Reddit in the US actually got this approved and put onto his card!
Well on the list of terms and conditions on the barclays website it was like you must have taken the photo or own the photo, no images of celebrities, no copyrighted images, nothing illegal/offensive or anything that barclays deem to tarnish their reputation etc.
So my safest bet was the picture of my dog really!
But I really wanted Sherlock. I guess whoever has to make the card checks the design and can refuse it if it goes against their terms.

Btw, while we're on the subject, I tried to get a mug made online of a certain band and the site refused to make it due to copyright. It was a well known site but I can't remember the name of it now. I got it made with no problems in a local chemist instead and for a third of the price.
Sherlock, you could have just glued or sellotaped a pic of Sherlock on yours. Lol jk.
