Last night Mike had a really difficult time. I won't go into details as I feel it isn't my place to say what happened, but I do think he would really appreciate some love and support from the good people of RYL.

Basically, the paranoia and fear got too much for me, the man that wanted me dead come after me again and I didn't know what to do. I was also lost in a place I don't know.

I ended up calling the police but when I was on the phone to them a cop car went past me, lucky hey?

I couldn't trust them though and I resisted them, they had to use some force to get the handcuffs on which wasn't my greatest idea but I was scared and he was after me, they could have been working with him!

This afternoon I was finally aloud to leave after seeing a MH team who nearly put me into IP but I just about got out oof it, somehow but i'm not sure how I feel about that.

The Doctors in Eastbourne have sent a letter to get me some more support from a community mental health team or something?

Also dad is being nice about it too which helps.

Does anyone know how long it normally takes for the community mental health team to get involved?

You said you don't know how you feel about going IP, would you be able to go IP if things got bad again?

I think it depends on the situation and the area you live in for how long CMHT will get involved, but it shouldn't be more than a couple of weeks. If you need them give them a little push and they should move things a long a bit quicker.

Mmm....I'm not sure if I want to go IP, at the moment i'm safe enough so it's not needed.

They asked me about going IP and I said I would fight them if they tried and I wouldn't go easily but that's just because I was so far away from home and said if I was back home I would go IP but not when i'm so far away from home (I was about 400 miles away from home).

I don't mind waiting, I know they are busy, i'm just curious.
