Losing anyone can be very difficult, especially if you were close with them. I know that you mentioned that you've started cutting and drinking because of this. Have you tried other forms of distractions? This link may be helpful with coming up with some ideas of some positive things to do when you aren't feeling well:

I'm sure other students at the school would like to talk since they are probably feeling similar, you could also reach out to a teacher that you trust or even your parents/family members.
