Hey Emily,
Not got many words but wanted to say that yes, depression does this to me. I do one little thing and it tires me out, to the point I have to plan one thing weeks in advance and if the plan changes, I can't go, or sometimes the planning runs me down so much I cancel. :P
The most important thing is to not blame yourself, to learn what your current limits are (and push them slowly if you can) but take it easy on yourself too :) xx
