Triggering (SI) - Mind too busy??

Lately, I've had alot on my mind, so much that I even when I get urges to cut, my mind seems to be too busy thinking about life for me to actually go and do it.

Does any body else get this? It seems a little... weird.
I mean, usually I'd SI to clear my mind, not clear my mind to SI...

i sorta know what you mean, everythings just so busy you cant even think about it not matter how much you want to do it.

I kinda know what you mean.
Maybe try doing something to get out what you're thinking or feeling? Try writing, or venting to a friend or something.
Try to stay safe.
