i want to od on every pill i have in my room and cut i feel like im falling and failing at every thing my heart is breaking and dont now what way to go and i just want everything to stop im in pain and cant find my way out

if anything it will all be made worse
can you call your doctor or get yourself to ER for crisis intervention?
flush all the pills away to get rid of the temptations.

It sounds like you are in alot of emotional pain and are really struggling. Did you want to tell us a bit more of what's going on for you? What's making you feel this way? Please don't take the pills, they won't solve anything. Hang in there sweetie, you can get through this. Take care

I don't really know what's going on in your life, but I'm sure it can be fixed. Don't do anything too drastic. Come up with a healthy distraction instead. I hope that you'll be able to find some proper (and hopefully healthy) relief.
