*Positive Recovery Post* - i did it!
im so happyi organised a 3 course meal and discoand i was terrified to go to itbut i did it!i sat and i ate a 3 course meal in front of 30 other people whilst wearing a dressand then i just pushed through it all and made it through the night without purgingand i feel good about it, giulty but yet good.i didnt think i was going to be able to do it, but i did.and it wasnt too bad, i was surrounded by people and i just decided to enjoy the night instead of worry about it. i also danced quite a lot! but it was a disco and i was host so that was allowed. im so proud, i know that sounds silly coz i was just one meal. but i am proud.:D

You should be proud, you did well in so many ways, eating in front of people, organising so much, hosting, not purging, making the most of your evening dancing..

That's honestly fantastic!
It is certainly not silly to be proud because as Marie's pointed out there are a lot of wonderful steps you've taken there and I'm so glad you didn't let your ED ruin your night especially since you were the organiser.
