Never enough
I have been ignoring the voices telling me to hurt myself for about a week now and ts been getting harder and harder. Today though I got some bad news and gave into the urges. I cut my arm to ribbons and it still doesn't feel like enough. I just want to keep going until there's nothing left and I can finally escape. I just don't know what to do any more

That's good that you've been distracting yourself. If you're still feeling this way maybe try writing down how you feel, be quite detailed so you can get it out of your head, get it out on paper. It might be helpful to just think it through a little more, you know?
Stay strong, you can get through this. This will pass.

I am really glad to hear that you are going to see the doctor tomorrow about how you are feeling.. It was really good that you tried your hardest to not give into the urges.. Please keep distracting yourself from doing harm until you see your doctor tomorrow..

Well I slept through my alarm so I wasn't up early enough to phone the Drs, I phoned to make an appointment anyway for the next week or so but the Dr I normally see isn't free till they open september up. She offered a different Dr but I know that y usual one listens to me and doesn't judge me and a few of the other Drs I have seen there have been more bothered about getting me out quick than listening to whats wrong. So it may be a while before I get to go in

do you want to make an appt for september? i know it wouldn't be ideal, but it may be a good idea... you could cancel it later on if things improve significantly
