It does work on mobile phones Cos I broke my internet on my phone cos I was on msn and ryl too much >.<
o_O You're kidding me? During that wonderful *cough* time when I had no internet for months, I tried to sign into RYL on my mobile internet, and every time I hit the log in button, it took me back to the previous screen. Asking me to log in again.
Yeah go under Settings>I think it's cache settings>then change it to do not use, reboot the psp, and then use to low bandwidth version of RYL, it should run flawlessly.
I don't know about PSP but I go online on my blackberry phone and it works fine :)
I turned every option on the thing off though (like java script and things) because I'm impatient and with everything like that on it takes like 5 mins to load anything.
But yeees it should work I'm sure, if it works of this thing I'm sure it should work on the PSP, maybe have a nosey at the manual?
You see a mouse trap
I see free cheese
And a ****ing challenge

reboat the psp?
how?
wud i loose everything?
i cant find the low banwidth vertion, sorry im very stupid!
Rebooting just means restart, not reset so you wont lose anything
I use RYL a great deal off mobile devices, and can almost always get it to work, and have used PSP's on the full forum too. Some simple mobile browsers can't support Javascript, which is a problem since RYL uses it heavily. Others don't accept the use of cookies, which again RYL has to use to know if you are logged in or not.
Trouble is that RYL is a very complicated website with lots of features - and this does mean that if there are any issues with the browser or device trying to connect, you are likely to hit trouble! Which is of course why we have the more simplistic version of the site in the form of the low badnwidth archive.
In the up and coming changes to RYL, I am also putting in place a couple of systems which will make access to RYL from such devices or dial up connections a lot easier, so watch this space :)
