Do you have some place you can get a bit of a breather from the house? Even just for half an hour for a walk or something. Libraries often have a free space to sit and chill?
It sounds like you’re in a really difficult place at the moment, but that doesn’t mean it will always be like this, as much as it feels hopeless and unliveable at the moment. Depression makes you believe all sorts of things to keep you depressed.
