Not really I need to stay in my home city for my appointment tomorrow. I did manage to to the shop and it was ok.

Will an operation speed up the healing process though?

I feel really really low. I'm waiting for the cassel to call soon. The way today is going I bet I get kicked out.

It will speed up the healing from nearly a year to just under a month or so.

It is positive that it will improve your recovery time, although I can appreciate that must feel like a poor consolation prize right now.

I hope that they phone soon, the not knowing what is going to happen is making things worse.

Can you do some self care or self soothing things?

They called. I am invited to a management meeting on Monday with a view to go back into treatment. However with news of the op they need to discuss that again and will call me tomorrow with confirmation of the day and time of the meeting.

Redoing your nails sounds like a good idea. When we are hurting it is important to keep up with caring things too.

It is positive that they are talking about letting you go back to treatment, i hope the op doesn't delay things too much.

I can't sleep because I m worried. What if the operation has to be postboned. What if there are cplocations and I have to be admitted. What if they cut through my tendons and I can't walk.

They know what they're doing. When they did my hand they managed not to cut any tendons.

I'm sorry you're feeling low. I do a dance when you wake up to cheer you up if you'd like.

Don't forget to call the DRS about your meds. And call the Cassel back.

Keep yourself distracted. Do nice things like painting you nails, pampering yourself etc. You also have Jodie there to keep you distracted. She has offered to do a dance, so that should be entertaining. :)

You can get through this, but keep talking to whoever helps you, like your mh team. It does sound like you need support in getting through it.
