- friend from work agreed to come around tomorrow, he was on sick leave for a few months so it's been a while since we last hang out and I am really looking forward to it
- a friend from school contacted me and we will see a movie next week and it is nice that after all this time she still cares to stay in touch

1) Managed to find the effort in me to actually put clean laundry away that has been sitting in the kitchen for a week (AND I tidied AND showered)

2) I am watching Ice Age and eating the nommiest of pizzas

Can very much relate to the impending doom sometimes associated with socialising. Well done :)

- went for a fab walk involving lots of mud and little scrambles, and blew away the cobwebs.
- went to Aldi, which is very exciting as we usually shop at Asda!
- made a good old curry.

- gourmet marshmallows (at discount prices).
- walk around the lake, saw some blue tits, a woodpecker, swans, mandarin ducks and other birds.
- put together a little letter for a friend to cheer her up.

- my brother came around so we could do a food shop with the car
- hanging out with him afterwards; enjoyed the excellent sibling banter & the excitement of a few rounds of Top Trumps
- feeling mostly better now after over a week of being ill
- got to talk about a TV show I recently started watching with my brother which is cool as my husband neither watches nor cares for that show :P

Went out today to the drop in centre
Had a good meeting with my cpn and her student and my new support worker
Snuggled up in bed now in cozy PJ's which is a lovely feeling
