Aah. Have a good diet coke break. And i know what you mean about people posting. Although it has helped me learn to type faster!

On a different note. I keep thinking there is someone walking around my house (i'm home alone atm) because i keep hearing thuds but it's just workmen next door and it's creeping me out!

Aw, put some music on, honey? I panicked about that last night but the noise I was hearing was just the smoke alarm saying it was starting to run out of battery - but it was damn scary, so I sympathise!

Well, maybe make sure the doors are definitely shut (that's what I did) and then put some music on - if the doors are shut and locked you're definitely safe, honey.

I'm not dressed either :P

I've tried, but it just seems to alter my mind even more, as I listen into the music and everything - no matter what it is. Mhm.

I'm yet to have a shower, and Mum's texting me wanting me to bake before she gets back at 1, and before I have the first CBT session this afternoon!

I'm seeing my counsellor person again this afternoon for first time in 3 weeks (we were both away) and i'm nervous for some reason.

Just some cakey bits and pieces - probably a few buns or muffins, and perhaps a cake. We shall see what's in the cupboards, how much time I have, and what I feel like doing. =P

Nah, packing's overated too. All you need is the clothes you're wearing and the money you have! (dear me, i'm in an odd mood).
I'm off to mail my confirmation to uni that i'm attending next year. It's scary!
