I'm trying to write some stuff down for my GP appointment.
It's not for another 10 days but im feeling motivated to do it now And that may not happen again.
Things are worse but I don't know how to explain how they're worse. I definitely don't want to waste this appointment and think of a million things I wanted to say as soon as I hang up the phone.

Can you keep the list somewhere you can add to it when you need to/feel able to?

It's hard, but I know you can do it. Could you go back over your RVs/posts on here to prompt yourself?

Hi,
Private therapy is definitely something I'd pursue again if I was dangerously ill; which was about 15 years ago now.
It took a long time to find someone who I knew , intuitively would suit me though.
It saved my life from death, suicide or physical death. I had a reduced fee because I was on benefits.

I worked really hard as I had to and managed to keep food down and gain a stable weight (I had bulimia). The Eating Disorder service where I was , was not going to help unless my blood tests showed serious problems.

I really hope you find a good therapist for yourself. I know that physical health problems related with an eating disorder can limit your functioning in every way possible.

I think I'm going to seriously look into it
I've been on the waiting list for ED specific therapy for nearly 8 months now and I'm probably still not even close. They did say the waiting list was VERY long. They actually said they weren't referring anyone at all because it's so long. But they referred me anyway.

Yeah i am suffering a bit with the physical health effects

My ED voice was my schizophrenia voice. The schizo voice had a range of themes. The ED theme has been particularly sticky, even without the voice.

I'm seeing new cpn on Thursday. Gonna see if she's anymore helpful than old cpn and can maybe do something!
