I'm ok, a bit nervous about tomorrow (I agreed to do a speech in front of 250 people) but gonna jump in a shower and go for a walk to clear my head a wee bit.
I've done a lot of autism awareness speeches, I did one in 2014 and theres a youtube video of me at work (minus the kids, obviously, alrhough you can hear them in the background) about my experiences living with being on the spectrum.
