I am currently:
Coping.

9 months and 4 days since my last SH.

I am really struggligng, I have a lot of things going on right now and it's really hard. So, I'll cut a VERRYY long story short, and ask:

Any ideas for distractions?
Who would you recommend talking to? (NOT Phsychiatrists, NOT parents)
Advice for dealing with friends and ex's?

I am currently:

I always find going for a run/walk helps. Take your iPod or whatever and listen to something that feels relevant to you, and doesn't make you want to hurt.

Or, not that it actually works for me, but you could take a shower and picture all the negative vibes being washed off your body and down the plughole. Get out feeling clean.
