yeah, but things will change again if you wait it out and try to help it along. feelings and situations aren't permanent. just like it got worse all of a sudden, it can get better quickly too.

As Katie says, things can and do change for the better. However, I can relate to how painful and more intense it feels if you have had a good day and then you end up feeling bad again. To me, I almost feel like I'm being teased, sort of like "This is what life could be like but nope, this is how I'm having it!".
