Hi everyone, my name is Nicole. I'm new here and not really sure what to expect. I've never done anything like this before but I wanted to try it out. I've been dealing with depression and severe anxiety all my life which led to self harm, eating disorders, drugs and alcohol, etc. Just unhealthy habits:/ I have a hard time opening up to people and talking about my depression and such, so I think this website will be good for me. I'm a little unsure still, but I'd love to try it out!
