Yeah I know - I feel you trust me!

I've been looking for a while at a revamp which could lead to a possible resurrection of everything that used to work so well but it's a tricky one and a big task. I don't feel just 'upgrading' RYL as it currently is would work. I think there are lots of reasons why it's so quiet here now - the internet is a very different place than it was 20 years ago or more. At the same time a 'major' rethink (which I believe would be needed) would be pretty jarring for the few who do still come here.

So I'm a bit torn :/

Yea agreed! Harley if you're willing to work on it, I think those of us still here would be willing to give feedback and have a discussion, and would very much appreciate some updating and revamping!

It was actually a very obscure and awkward issue and suprisingly tough to find a fix for. Poor RYL is so outdated it's pretty amazing we manage to keep it running at all :/

One day I fear a critical problem will come along that isn't fixable. So we'll need to do something about it before it's too late

I'd definitely consult you guys before proceeding of course. I'm giving it some thought and will get back to you soon on it
