I've felt ill for weeks. Physically, I think though I suppose it could be explained by mental shit. I don;t think so though. But if I go to the dr he'll find out i've stopped my meds and that'll be that. Never off them. I feel too hot, and sick, and unbelievably tired though I've had plenty of sleep. Its scary.I don't know whats wrong with me. I've felt like this for like... 2 weeks now. I can't verbalise it all. I'm worried I'm dying.

I'm a huge disappointment and will never amount to anything and i know that. I can't do anything right even when i actually try. I'll never be smart enough or good enough and I've let my depression and suicidal thoughts get the best of me. Its like if someone really knew what was going on with me they wouldn't look at me with eyes of disappointment or worthlessness. If someone really knew and walked in my shoes they'd know why.
