Possibly Triggering - only just realised *update on last post*

i was talking to my therapist, when she asked me how my self-harm was....it was then i realised that i hadn't cut for more than 6 weeks!!!!!

I'm really happy, and i wanted to shout about it cosd i'm so proud of myself- i can dish out the advice but i don't apply it to myself.

Thanks guys. It's 7 weeks now- i can hardly believe it. I'm so tired and antsy, but i'm doing okay and i ain't gonna cut. And i'm going to treat myself to a long hot bath with my *first aid box* bubble bath today.
(if anyone wants to know what a *first aid box* is just Pm me)

And the look on my therapists face when she asked if i had s/ied this week (i had a hell of a week) was prceless- she's amazed and proud.

and i'm pleased too.
