Sounds like you're doing all you can, well done for managing and keep going. I hope your depot helps with things.

I am currently:

I tried to refuse the depot but my cpn said that she would put me in the local psych unit and do a mha assessment. I feel bullied into having it. She also said that the only reason why I feel like I don't need it is because the medication is working.

I have had no voices since Sunday and my tv is working ok today. Yesterday I had no TV through the dish but that's because it was windy af. Today it's not quite so windy just miserable.

Is there a reason why you want to stop the depot? I think your CPN was right that it's probably just working well.

Thanks for your reply Lindsay. Having had several hours to think about it she was probably right. If having it means I am kept out of hospital for mh reasons then it's good.

I'm glad you have had a think and see things more clearly. You definitely don't want things to go backwards and it's ok if you need the depot to help with things.
