Randomness! Break the cycle! Go smear ice cream on your nose, drink a cup of gravy, pour lemon juice on your feet. I know it sounds bizzare and infact it IS but its a good way of breaking the thought process and the pattern that go with triggers!

Above ALL you are going to be OK! You are going to come across many many many triggering things in your life and you WILL learn to deal with them!
