I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, if it's not I apologize.

But would other people cutting someone down due to their looks and the way their body is considered bullying? Say, someone isn't as pretty as someone else, or "sexy", and they constantly tell the person that. Is that bullying? I would assume so but I'm just double checking.
