ONE YEAR !!!!!
hey i finally made 1 year :D
im beginning to feel more happy and proud of my self
the last week was hard with coping with my emotions and the urges poped in but i managed to deal with it
i also plucked up the courage and randomly out of the blue told my guidence lecture in college about my sh and my emotions
now i just need to work on telling my mum :O
my best mate made me dinner and had a night for me just me n her was good :D
also i have began counsilling and therepy to deal with my emotions and the urges (should hopefully help me to be free one day)
now im looking for word to saying im FREE one day (yn)
thanks every one who has helped me id not be here without it all
now i feel proud to say im a year free :D
i can be proud of my self now :D
