I am currently:
I think my goals for Wednesday is...
make appts (caring for myself),
put my blades elsewhere than my room, for at least the day, for as long as I can manage (removing temptations),
and umm... hmm...
try and arrange to see my gorgeous Nephew (seeing family of course is good for you!),
*thinks*
maybe I'll try to write out some letters for friends,
taking my meds as I'm prescribed[overusing quite a lot nowadays, need to reduce harming in that way too],
and try to be gentle on myself and make it a Good White Wednesday! :D

Well my goal is to keep si free for this day at lest and hopefully carry on until the fallowing week ...taking it a day at a time

My blades are not in my room my husband has them i will tell him not to give me them on Wednesday and see how far i get with out wanting them...

-stay away from the sharp stuff
-be able to get to the airport without cutting before, after, or during flights
-read my school book that I'm supposed to be doing
-get some friends to support me during the day coz it's gonna be reaaaaly hard

I cut pretty extensively on Monday, and after I cut I always add some kind of irritant like cleaning fluid.

But today I will not! I will let these cuts heal naturally, without interfering or irritating them!

-CLEAN my apartment for moving.
-PACK my things.
