had a derealisation incident last night at dinner. Had another in therapy today. I couldnt determine whether her words were real or if i made them up. And now my dad is telling me bout a convo we had in the car that i swear i didnt have!!! Apparently last week i also gave him the ivoice for my treatment and i dont remember that either, but my therapist showed me the letter he attached!!!

Erm............................................... ......................I dont know whats happening. Also they havent given me enough Anti Anxiety meds?? Im gonna run out tomorrow. I dont see the psych till 3May.

Matthew, although derealisation is scary, you are around people who care about you and who won't let you come to harm. It is scary, it is un-nerving, but you are cared for. Whatever happens, hold on to that truth, there are people around to make sure you don't come to harm.

A far as the antianxiety meds go, call your gp, ask for an emergency repeat script, and then you can go, pick it up and get your meds.

This isn't terribly helpful, but NHS Direct can help sort you out with emergency prescriptions; even at weekends.

Meh, sorry sweetheart, I don't really know - but as long as you have the perscription thingy just go up to them hand it over and go "please sir, can I have some more?".

yeah some pharmacy's will give you meds if you have run out. it depends on which pharmacist is in but most are usually pretty good about it. just take your meds along. also your dr might give you an emergency script if you phone up today. we used to do it all the time when i worked at the dr's. phone this morning and it should be done this afternoon.

Shoot, sorry i missed this Matthew! All you do is ring up NHS Direct (or NHS 24 if you're in Scotland) and let them know you've run out of a prescription that you need. If they don't prescribe you something there and then to let you pick up at an emergency pharmacist - there will always been one open in your area - then speak to a CPN. That's a point, if you ring up the NHS lines, you can ask to speak to a CPN if you need =)
