I'm sorry you're remembering a lot at the moment.
It's horrible thinking "why did noone notice?" I guess that applies to lots of stuff for all of us - self-harm, abuse, and other issues - and we're all left wondering why noone reached out to help us when we needed it.
It was bad Jo. They should not have done the things they did to you. You have been treated horrifically, but I am VERY glad that your mum did not kill you.

I don't know fully what has gone on for you Jo, but from what talaiporia says, you've been through so much, and are such a strong person to have survived it all, and it's absolutely phenomenal that you are managing to be a teacher at the same time as coping with everything else. That takes a certain type of person, and lots of people on here should be inspired by your resilience- I certainly am. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise- you are amazing and strong.

I feel so drained by everything and today i just got stressed over no reason and feel i'm being judged hugely by the other staff
