Quick question
When i was in hospital i was assessed under the act but agreed to a few things.
Staying on the ward, not locking my room, only allowed out with staff, headphones in communal areas. As a results i was regraded back to informal. However the times apart from going out with staff remained. As a informal patient and not on a section could they do this?

I only agreed to everything so there was less likelyhood of me been sectioned

They can place conditions on you as a informal patient too.

I could only leave the ward with staff when I was in the MBU. All the babies were on 15 minute OBS even if the mum's were on less, this might contribute.
