Has anyone been diagnosed with this disorder? Semi curious semi looking for someone to talk to.

I had that problem for quite some time. It was uncontrollable. I would eat so much I couldn't sleep at night because anything even touching my stomach made it ache. I wasn't ever diagnosed but, if you need to talk to someone whos been there (still kind of is sometimes), I'm here for you.
