Recovery-inspiring (I didnt write it)
A friend of mine wrote this and I found it very inspiring, she said I could post it here. Her name is Ashley and if anyone wants a link to her self harm my space just pm me.

Recovery IS possible, I know so many of us feel at times, that we are permanently defected, that things just won't improve, we lose hope, we self destruct.... Truth is, we won't alwayyyys feel the way we are feeling at THIS moment.... the painful feelings will not LAST..... things do improve, recovery is possible, we just have to be willing to make the changes we need to make, in order for it to happen.... if you want it bad enough, YOU can do it... it may not be easy, but keep your supports!
Recovery is something I strive for, It is something that will you give you your Life back, you can be YOU- without having to hide who you are, or your actions etc... complete honesty, you will be able to relate to so many more people and you will see that life does work out, that most of all there IS HOPE..... so never give up... never give up.....
