moving forward in 129 freekin' days! =)
I don't really now how to start this off, but basically after having quite a rough couple of days i have still managed to fight the urges to do any harm to myself so i can safely still say that i'm 129 days SH free. 
I think the main thing which is keeping me focused is the rewards i'm getting from my cousin. I'm going watching Fame on the 23rd and i'm so excited about that. This was for when i got to my 100 days. I'm actually proud of myself for getting this far. I've never been proud of myself, i've always put myself down, but i know that getting this far is a huge accomplishment for me and nothing can bring me down from this.
I've had no slip ups during this time and i've even thrown away most of my tools which i never thought i would be able to do. =)
I just never thought i would get this far and so i thought that i've come a hell of a long way up to now and like the forum says, i guess i'm moving forward from my past =)
