i have enough scars n i would hate to break a promise again. im tempted to get a box cutter and cut. idk why which scares me but im so freaking tempted right now. i have to go back to wrk i was just on lunch which was really just brunch. arghhhh!!!!!!

I hope you managed to stay safe. Sometimes it's hard to work out why we are getting an urge to harm but theres pretty much always some reason, is there anything stressing you out at the moment? Try and put the box cutter out of sight and use some distration techniques to avert your mind away from cutting.
