bad evening

im just struggling tonight..again..
i cant seem to stop crying, i dont know, i just feel like ****. iv been trying so hard but i seem to be going bacwards again
im just so fed up tonight
i dont know what i want from this post, i just want someone to know that im struggling, someone to care, i just feel so fed up with everything tonight
im sorry for the pointlessness of this post

I'm sorry you're feeling so bad. Do you know why you feel like this tonight?

Could you do something to help yourself - get some sleep, or if you can't, then watch a good film, distract yourself online, whatever?

If you feel like things are getting worse, is there anyone you could talk to?

Take care of yourself, be safe. I'll be around for a while if you need someone to talk to or anything. xx

im not sure, just one of those nights i suppose. the thoughts are just getting to me tonight. im trying to keep myself occupied, watching programmes etc, but my concentration isnt too good neither is my ability to actually care, as in care about what im watching..i know what i mean
i see my counsellor in two weeks, ill try and talk to him about some stuff then
i just feel so lonely tonight, and fed up
thankyou for your reply. im sorry if it sounds asthough im moaning, i dont mean it to be that way, im just really low tonight

It doesn't sound like you're moaning at all. I can realy understand, and it's a horrible place to be. How are you feeling today?

I can empathise with the feelings of low mood and loneliness.You will get through this though, I know that isn't much used to know when you are feeling bad.
Be good to yourself.
Maybe try and distract yourself by watching light hearted films and such. I hope that your counselor is able to help.
