Do you still have access to the email address that your old account was registered to? You can only have one account per email address so I am guessing that it was sent to an old email address.
Secondly have you checked your spam folder? Occasionally genuine emails get marked as spam.
If you have done the above then it could be your email provider blocking the emails. One another forum I belong to genuine emails were being blocked at source by some email providers. The only way to get around it was to change email provider which I appreciate you cannot do.
If none of those apply to you and it's a problem with ryl then there's nothing that can be done as there's nobody with the expertise to fix it. Other than that I have no suggestions.
