Boredom - a saying my mum tells me is only a boring person gets bored and as irritating as it is she is correct. So now when I feel bored I do something - watch a movie come on RYL, go for a walk, phone a friend anything to occupy me and when I am occupied then I am not bored!

with the first one, ive been having regular and lots of meals sinse out of hospital
