You say it is a mix of these so you now need to figure out how you can prevent them
If you are binging due to restriction one of the most obvious suggestions is to eat more and eat regularly - Do you think you can do that? What else can you do?
If it is emotional eating how can you distract yourself and use your emotions more positively?
Boredom - a saying my mum tells me is only a boring person gets bored and as irritating as it is she is correct. So now when I feel bored I do something - watch a movie come on RYL, go for a walk, phone a friend anything to occupy me and when I am occupied then I am not bored!
