I didn't have as much sleep as I was aiming for, I woke up just before 2am and started listening to the radio which was a mistake.

Ah, I'm trying not to think about the results too much. It's scary.

I got some really cool wrapping paper from Poundland yesterday that says things like 'don't get your hopes up' 'if you don't like it I'll have it' 'don't judge me' 'it was either this or socks' 'it's the thought that counts' 'this is your birthday gift too'.

Crikey it's windy outside! Nearly did a Mary Poppins act just going to post Lorraine's birthday card. She texted me to say that she missed the postman yesterday so she's going to pick up my parcel tomorrow.

Still cheerful, although absolutely bloody frozen to the bone! Nice things are happening today and although it involved standing still in a windy field for over an hour, it was worth it.
