A lavender bath helped my pain.
Pain levels reduced over the day.
A fixed my laptop and now it's great.

Flatmates and family are kind.

I did my yoga even though I didn't want to. And enjoyed it.
Ate dinner and it was nommy despite not wanting to.
Nice sunny if windy day.
Wind makes me feel alive.
Clean laundry smell.
Fresh bed sheets.

I have clean clothes and a clean me and electric on my meter so managed a productive day.
Read a 10/10 book. Had to read it in one because it was A++ and I couldn't put it down and I like that feeling.
