I've just found a wonderful text on a German ED info page and I want to share it because I like it sooo much...
...of course, I will translate it (sorry if there are any mistakes in it) .
By the way, the original is a kind of poster and I will print it out.
Perhaps you like the idea and hang it in your room, too?!
The text is so simple but wise. The things sound sooo simple but they are sooo hard (at least for some of us). But perhaps giving our best is all we can do and I believe that this would be a good start.

Thankyou Judith, I am struggling to know whats what, and I guess what it boils down to is listening to what you need and when, and allowing your body to tell you, not your mind.
