Hi there,
I'm Sonja, I'm new (shocker I know!) I used to be part of a different mental health forum and found it supportive and helpfyl, but it shut down some time ago and I've missed it.
Things are rather rubbish for me at the moment and I'm struggling mentally and feeling isolated with my issues.
I guess I'm looking for a community of like minded people and a place to give and receive some support.
