Is there anything you could eat or drink that would make you not feel so bloated?

Maybe take a visit to your GP to see if there is anything they can give you to ease the bloating.

The main advice I have though is to eat small but regular, eating a lot then eating very little used to set off discomfort and bloating for me and it took a while of eating similar amounts regularly to get my system a bit less reactive.

You have to eat though, and nobody here will say otherwise. I think you need to speak to your GP about this issue because I am unsure of what practical advice we can give you here. Have you tried thick milkshakes or build up drinks to get some of the nutrients you need into you?

Can you make an appointment asap?
