I'm fine! Totally fine. I don't know why it's coming out all loud and squeaky, 'cause really, I'm fine!
My proud thing for today was reaching out to some friends when I wasn't feeling great.

- Chasing my missing parcel for the third time, and managing to not completely lose my rag on the phone.
- Surviving a genuinely rough week. Did this by reaching out to people again - it's becoming a bit of a habit now and I'm very proud of that.
- Having a shower and getting into my PJs before 8pm.

I arranged a meeting with my volunteer co-ordinator to start some volunteering.
Tried out an accent in improv which is something I've been working on.

I got an A on a piece of work I really struggled with. After a really difficult summer due to various things, it proves that no matter what the circumstance, with perseverance and hard work you can overcome anything.

I was really tired this morning but I still sent an email to a committee I'm on adding something to an agenda that I want to discuss.

I went to volunteering and volunteered to write the minutes.
I volunteered to write the minutes for my committee meeting.
Set up the meeting for our consultation response. I'm taking the lead and putting myself out there.
