How long should I pretend to be dead in the work groupchat?

My colleagues have pissed me off so I'm pretending to be dead in the groupchat. How long should I continue this?

I do this all the time. Depends on how pissed off I am. The more pissed off, the more dead I become.

You've picked the right day to do it.

Pretend to die on a Monday, you get the week off.
Die on a Friday, you lose your weekend.

Thank you all for your support at this difficult time. Camden, pretending to be dead entails not reading or replying to anything (and on whatsapp you can tell if people have read things). I shouldn?t miss out on anything major.

I enjoy that you're currently faking multiple deaths - it sounds like you've got yourself quite the side hustle.

Have you also considered an impromptu resurrection for maximum impact? This is something I've yet to try.

Haha! One of my dear friends from this site did once solemnly ask me how long is too long to pretend to be dead before reappearing so I presume they were plotting a resurrection.

Lol Beth, may have also been pretending to be dead a bit here, but that's only because busy and tired and also weird thing, not because anyone here offended me in any way!!

Camden - I don't really know if it counts as a joke? Like, all I mean by pretending to be dead is not going into the messages so not only are there no replies from me, but people can also see that I haven't read anything? And I am genuinely doing that! So maybe I'm serious but the term 'pretending to be dead' is jokey?
