I've shoved the song up in the creative corner with another song of mine. I sent it off to a woman from halfords (a little random.know, but i did a conference for them a couple of weeks ago) who may be sorting some recording at Abbey Roads depending on budget.
Which would be nice.

Good good. I don't really talk to many people from RYL anymore. Since most of the essex crew hate me because a certain person said I raped them. That was like 2 years ago though... Alot of the cool kids have real person jobs too.
I see people on Facebook and they seem happy enough though.
I still see Tiff and Tams though, that's always good. :]

I was one of those who disappeared when I went off to uni. I've popped back in at various points over the years, but it just doesn't feel the same any more.
I always try and respond to some people who need support when I come back. It feels fair. So many people on here helped get me through really bad times, I want to give back.
I agree with what everyone's saying. I really feel like a grew up on here. I joined towards the end of Ruin, and a lot of my teenage memories involve RYL in some way or another. I find myself missing it sometimes, there was something so nice about how everyone was almost like family. I can't believe it was more than 10 years ago that I first joined RYL! (Sorry if i'm being too nostalgic!)

has anyone heard anything of Ami? i think her old usename was strawberrygashes then changed to ami, her profile is still here and she last posted on the forum earlier this year, i used to have her on facebook but we lost touch and i'd love to know her whereabouts following some horrible news that may just be a rumour for all i know. thanks

I'm sure a few years back she had a new job. I'm sure I went to some end-of-work-new-job thing at a pub. Maybe she doesn't have as much time? She's still around on Facebook I think.
