There's going to be a mh documentary on bbc 1. It's going to be shown on 11th of July at 11pm.

It's a documentary using audio reconstruction to take viewers into the world of three people who hear voices as a result of mental illness.

Should be interesting though it's probably triggering as it's got a warning for strong language and upsetting scenes. I think that it's already on iplayer.

I watched this a while ago on iPlayer, from what I remember it was interesting but a bit upsetting at points too.
