if youve been hurt badly, try and get to a hospital, and dont clean up beforehand. can you say more about what happened?

How old are you? Are you old enough to leave home, go to a womens refuge?
If not could you sneak to your GP? He/she can get you placed in foster care far away from where he can hurt you.
Do you have a friend who could take you to hospital to get checked over? You could tell them there whats happening and if you're under 16 they can place you in a safe place.
If you can't tell, why?

Hey everyone, I know I haven't been on here for a long time but I did read all of your posts. I took fragile as glass's advice, sneaked to the GP.
Now I'm in foster care, I'm 14 by the way. Thanks to everyone, feel much safer now. :)

Thank god you're in foster care now. It may be hard at first not being around familiar things but you will be able to start a new life, a life free from your dad and the abuse you were subjected to by him.
I think you were very courageous getting to your GP and well done for doing it and being honest with him/her.
PM anytime if you want to talk. I may be in my 20's (a lot older than you, lol!) but I don't get triggered talking to other people and I have some life experience now!! Plus I was 14 once too, lol!
