getting worse

hi,
sorry. feel like things are all just going downhill. sh hasnt been at its worst but my dissociation is just getting harder and harder to handle. not sure how to do anything about it, ive ran out of support completely. the few people who are willing to listen to me have nothing to say or are dealing with their own problems. haven't seen my therapist in weeks. other personalities have been really strong and eating has been super hard to stay on top of lately. just feel like im failing at everything.

Sorry to hear you're having a rough time atm. Has anything triggered it? Would you be able to get in touch with your therapist? It can be really difficult when you don't have support, try to remember thats what this forum is here for so keep posting if you need to. Take care of yourself and I hope you feel better soon:)

Thank you to everyone.
I'm not sure if something's triggered it. Starting to remember flashbacks to things that I don't have full memories of so that's been rough, and therapist is unavailable and for some reason hasn't been emailing me hardly at all. I don't think I can change therapists right now either as it would make things even more difficult, can barely tell this therapist anything as it is.
