Still journeying through The Shining by Stephen King again, one of my favourite books so it's great :D
~ 'Paint the skyscrapers with huge totem faces and goblin tikis, and every evening what's left of mankind will retreat to empty zoos and lock itself in cages as protection against the bears and big cats and wolves that pace and watch us from outside the cage bars at night'- Chuck Palahniuk, Fight Club

I'm currently reading Dream Catcher by Stephen King. I saw the film a few years ago but wasnt very impressed with it overall. The basic concept was ok but they didnt get it right. However the book is fantastic.
Yesterday, around 4 in the morning, I finished Skinny.
I really liked it, even though it seemed to rip out my insides during the end.
I'd recommend it.
Just finished Running With Scissors By Augusten Burroughs - was okay, funny in places, and will have a few memorable moments but I would not rave about this book.
Part way through Inkheart by Cornelia Funke - its good! I love the film too!
And just started The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat By Olivers Sacks - it is part of my massive summer reading list from uni! AHHH!!! But I have wanted to read this book any ways!
Still got Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince on the go aswell...sure I will pick it up and finish it off one evening when I feel the urge!
You made up your mind to torture mine!
If you read a scar like a book, you will relise the story in which you over look
I have just started Inkheart as a friend recommended it highly, so i'm looking forward to continuing :D

I finished Gordon Ramseys auto (Im a chef so thats why) and it was very real so I liked it ,hes not one for metaphores and imagery but he gets his point across.
I started The Reader by (cant remember) and cos I have seen the fim ,couldnt handle the book ,ooops!!
So now am halfway through Ten seconds From the Sun by Russell Celyn Jones which is quite a good read with excellently written text which envelops the reader .
Have enquired about The Time Travellers wife and am waiting to get it from library next.
I'm reading Of Mice And Men by John Steinbeck. I had to do it at school and I hated it (probably because I had to study the meaning behind it) but I''ve given it a second chance... and so far, I'm glad I have!
