support- gone backwards

Hi,
I have anorexia and after being in treatment for sometime i startet to recover, im at home and out of hospital ive been doing really well. Untill about a week ago i started weighing myself compulsely loose x amout so im back to where i started many months ago. im scared as i thought i was doing so well, i dont really want to go to my app as im scared of what my team will say and do.

please help me any advise is great

Hey there,
First of all, I don't mean this rudely but this forum doesn't really allow the term "ana/Mia" as they consider it a pro/glamorizing term.

If you're concerned you're relapsing phone someone or go to the doctors because I can see that you really want to get better. You don't need to let the disease win, you can fight it. You're strong enough <3

Hi, Thanks, n sorry didnt relise will take that note.
I do want to recover but there is something pulling me and it seems to be pulling me harder then the push im getting to go and see my doctors.

What do you think it is that is pulling you away from recovery?

When is the appointment that you mentioned?
