I'm back, with an update :)
I haven't been on in a while since me and my ex split up because I haven't had a laptop or internet or anything.
I've made so much progress since then though and I'm so happy with myself.
I got put in a refuge when me and my ex split up and had to move to a different one after 4 months because I saw one of his friends in town and completely freaked out and had a panic attack in Mcdonalds, which was so embarrassing and refused to leave the house after in case he'd found out where I was.
I finally managed to find a job, I've been there for 6 months now, I love it there, mostly because of the people I work with, and I was saying to my mum the other day when I saw her that I was really scared I wouldn't make any friends but there's so many people I get along with so I'm really happy.
I live in a shared house now with someone from work, I mostly stay by myself in my room, just because I spent a year in my last house on my own because it was just awful there and I've always just had my own company and I like that. I've been here for about 4 months now, I think and I love it here.
I've been 5 years free from self harming now, I can't even begin to explain how proud I am of myself.
I achieved everything I wanted to last year, it's taken me ages to sort my life out and I've finally done it and I'm so pleased with myself.
